HOUSE RULES​

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING RENTAL

 

 

General House Rules:

• All guests must comply with all House Rules and instructions from the Property Manager, Renan Cross, during their stay.       

 

Occupancy:

• A total of occupants for the Webb’s Hideaway is limited to 6  people and Homestead 4  people.

• Guest are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.                           

 

*ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES* If pets are brought onto premises, occupant will be asked to vacate the premises.         

 

Noise                                            

• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in request to vacate premises.  Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly  prohibited at the vacation rental.

 

Damages

• All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager. Charges may be applied for damaged property.  *To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another and/or porch furniture to another area.       

 Parking

•  Guests are to comply with parking limited to 3 vehicles for Webb's Hideaway and 2 vehicles for Homestead.               

Security

• Any time guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to  ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.   Guests are encouraged to switch off lights and fans and electronics such as   televisions when not in use to promote energy savings.                                  

Upon departure

• Please wash all dishes and place back into cabinets.

• Place all used washcloths, bath towels, dish cloths and towels in the laundry basket provided in the laundry room and place on top of the washer.

• Dispose of garbage as follows:

• Bags of trash must be taken to the local county dumpsters. 

         (directions and map to the facility are in the Welcome Book located at  the             cabin)                                 

                                                 *CAUTION*              

Bears have been known to visit the area.  Please do not leave food or food related items outside of the cabin or in vehicles.  This can attract bears that may cause damage to property.
